• Assist in the construction and maintenance of sand control structures, foundations, and civil facilities.

• Mix and prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials according to specified ratios.

• Read and interpret basic construction drawings and instructions.

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of masonry works.

• Repair and maintain existing civil structures as required.

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment during all site activities.

• Collaborate with foremen, engineers, and other tradesmen to complete assigned tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary education (O/L pass preferred).

• Vocational training or certification in masonry/construction trades is an advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in masonry work (brick/block laying, plastering, tiling, finishing).

• Experience in oil & gas or large infrastructure projects preferred.

• Ability to read and follow construction drawings.

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in brick/block laying, plastering, and finishing techniques.

• Knowledge of mortar mixing ratios and material handling.

• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Awareness of occupational safety practices.

• Basic communication skills in English or local language.
