Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator/Wheel Loader/Dozer/Roller/Grader)

Position Overview

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining construction machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and graders. This role ensures safe, efficient, and timely execution of earthmoving, lifting, and material-handling tasks critical to project success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, graders, etc.) to perform excavation, grading, lifting, and material transport.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks and routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
  • Follow site plans, instructions from supervisors, and safety protocols during operations.
  • Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
  • Ensure proper use of attachments and tools for specific tasks.
  • Maintain accurate logs of machine usage, fuel consumption, and service records.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other workers to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification. (GULF License for Heavy Equipment's)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating construction machinery.
  • TUV/Bureau Veritas Trade Test Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of equipment capabilities, limitations, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and site layouts.

Truck Driver

Position Overview

The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles to transport construction materials, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently to and from project sites. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery and smooth operations within the construction project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate trucks and heavy vehicles to transport sand, gravel, cement, steel, machinery, and other construction materials.
  • Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.

Trainee Technician

Trainee Technician – Fire & Gas & LSA/FFE

    • Inspection & Testing
      • Assist senior technicians in routine inspection and testing of lifeboats, liferafts, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, breathing apparatus, fire detection systems, and gas detection units.
