Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation Support

  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
  • Assist chefs in basic cooking tasks such as portioning, garnishing, and plating.
  • Prepare simple dishes under supervision.
  • Ensure ingredients are properly stored and labeled.

Cleaning & Hygiene

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
    • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
    • Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

    Operational Assistance
